During the first week back after half-term, children will take part in an exciting Maths Week. They will have the opportunity to solve a variety of fun challenges designed to build their curiosity and love for the subject.

We would love for parents and carers to get involved! Please take a photo of some "everyday maths" at home or out and about and add a caption to promote mathematical thinking. You could even design your own maths challenge as shown below. Whether it's patterns in the kitchen, shapes in the park, or numbers on a bus, get creative and have fun!

How to enter: Please send entries to dunalley@dunalley.gloucs.sch.uk 
by 5:30 pm on Thursday 26th February with your child’s name and class. Tag the email as 'maths photo competition'. Prizes up for grabs for entries in Reception/ KS1/ KS2.
