Our curriculum is interesting, motivating, broad and balanced. It is based on our core values and is relevant to our children and their interests.
We have an inspirational thematic approach to the curriculum, which the children love. By making links across all areas of the curriculum, learning is purposeful and children have the opportunity to use what they have previously learnt in other core subjects.
We strive to engage and develop a life long love of learning. Our high expectations ensure that we are achieving our potential and being the best that we can be.
To teach phonics and reading we use the “Read Write Inc” phonics and spelling scheme and a wide range of fiction and non fiction texts. Our Curriculum
