Year 6

Year 6 is an action – packed year! We get off to a busy start with a week- long residential at Call of the Wild in Wales. This is an exciting opportunity to strengthen teamwork skills, develop resilience and achieve things that we may not have thought were possible as well giving lasting memories. This helps us to further promote our growth mindset and can do attitude that will be needed as we also prepare for SATs (National tests in May) and preparation for moving to Secondary School. We continue to provide engaging topics as well as ensuring that children are secure in the core subjects of English, Mathematics and Science. We aim to support children to make a positive and smooth transition to Secondary School.
